Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to drive prescriber activation and therapy adoption for a cardiometabolic portfolio. This role supports launch execution and durable utilization within complex healthcare environments.

Ideal candidates have a track record in pharmaceutical sales, strong clinical depth, and the ability to navigate IDNs and multi-disciplinary teams across the US. Travel of ~30% is expected and equity/benefits accompany the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to launch objectives.
• Analyze prescribing trends and access landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to prescribers.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies within a competitive cardiometabolic landscape.
• Lead speaker programs and educational events to drive awareness and adoption.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.
