Job summary

Hollywood Casino Joliet is seeking team members to help with dining room setup, guest service, and sanitation. You will respond to guest requests, assist wait staff, and maintain clean, organized dining areas in a fast-paced casino setting.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED preferred, basic sanitation experience, and the ability to understand and speak English. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Clears and sets up dining room; assists wait staff in serving food and beverages.
• Responds to guest requests for settings, water, condiments, or other dining amenities.
• Provides a high level of guest service and promotes a fun, entertaining experience.
• Sets up, arranges, or takes down dining tables, private dining room, and wait stations.
• Prepares water pitchers and bread stations; stocks linens and dinnerware.
• Cleans and polishes tableware and folds napkins.
• Assists wait staff in serving, carries food trays, refills water, coffee, and tea.
• Cleans, mops, sweeps storeroom and kitchen areas; removes trash.
• Assists with kitchen work and general cleanup as directed.
• Follows safety rules and keeps work area clean and orderly.
• Other duties as assigned.
