Job summary

Rite Rug in Charlotte, NC is looking for a Specialty Account Manager to grow and maintain relationships with residential and commercial accounts. You will liaise with customers, estimate teams, and install services to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The role requires 3–5+ years in account management or sales within construction materials, strong CRM and communication skills, and the ability to interpret plans and specifications. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, construction management, sales, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of account management or sales experience in construction materials or related industry.
• Experience with shower doors, mirrors, bath hardware, shelving, garage doors or similar specialty products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with estimating, operations, scheduling, installation, and service teams to ensure project success.
• Develop deep product knowledge and guide customers on specifications, functionality and options.
• Read plans and specifications and ensure accurate order entry and documentation.
