Responsibilities

• Customer Service - work with builders, superintendents and possibly customers, mostly over the phone or by email.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
• Understand builders and blueprints of houses being built.
• Ensure the correct product and services are delivered.
• Enter at least 8 orders per day to ensure timely product sending.
• Work in a team environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude at work.
