Stellantis Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Specialized Service Team Manager to lead operations, improve processes, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

You will guide cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement while upholding corporate policies. Applicants should have experience in collections or repossession leadership and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in Auto Repossession, Collections, or Remarketing.
• At least one year in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to read and write clear communications; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the specialized service team to drive operational excellence.
• Monitor staff performance and drive accountability.
• Develop, implement, and improve business processes.
• Coordinate with Compliance to meet CFPB, state, and local requirements.
• Lead regular team meetings and align departmental objectives.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance reporting.
• Manage account assignments and policy compliance (RTC, SCL, SSCRA).
• Respond to audit inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
