Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Auto Loan/Lease Insurance, Repossession, Total Loss, and Warranty Cancellation
• 3+ years in a team lead or supervisory role
• Vendor relationship management experience including oversight of staff and third-party providers
• Familiarity with FDCPA and lending regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead the Specialized Service Team to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee audits of outsourced accounts and vendor performance, including Allied Solutions.
• Collaborate with Compliance to respond to CFPB, state, and local audit requests, and implement changes.
• Guide development and execution of strategic initiatives and process management.
• Design and implement metrics to measure Default Services operations.
