Qualifications

• Two years in Auto Repossession, Collections or Remarketing.
• One year in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Proficient in Excel/Word and compliant with debt collection laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to streamline operations and automate processes.
• Respond to audit inquiries and ensure CFPB and state compliance.
• Develop strategic initiatives, monitor metrics, and drive performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to set and align objectives.
• Provide training and coaching to new and existing staff.
• Prepare performance reports and trend analyses for leadership.
