Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking an experienced Repossession Operations Manager to oversee the repossession team, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with CFPB and other regulatory standards.

You will partner with Risk, Compliance and Digital teams to optimize workflows and respond to audits with accuracy. Responsibilities include managing repossession vendors, monitoring regulatory updates, and leading cross-functional process improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of auto repossession, collection, or remarketing experience.
• Minimum 2-year team lead/supervisor experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the repossession team and related workflows.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including CFPB standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor regulatory updates.
• Lead cross-functional projects and provide hands-on training to staff.
• Create reporting for senior leadership on KPIs, trends, and workload.
