Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking a Manager to lead the Special Services Team in Dallas, TX. You will oversee audits of outsourced accounts, manage staff and vendors, and drive process improvements to ensure compliance with internal policies and lending regulations.

The role emphasizes performance, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with Compliance to address regulatory requests. Overtime and travel may be required as part of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Auto Loan/Lease Insurance, Repossession, Total Loss, and Warranty Cancellation.
• 3+ years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Vendor relationship management experience.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and applicable collection laws.
• Overtime required on an as-needed basis.
• Travel 0–10% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Specialized Service Team to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
• Oversee audits of outsourced accounts to ensure internal policies and lending regulations are followed.
• Manage staff and vendor relationships through coaching and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with Compliance to respond to CFPB, state, and local audit requests.
• Develop and apply metrics to monitor Default Services operations.
• Stay current on relevant laws and regulatory requirements; attend court hearings as needed.
