Responsibilities

• Lead the Special Services Team to drive performance and customer service.
• Oversee audits of outsourced accounts for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage staff and vendor relationships including performance evaluations and coaching.
• Collaborate with Compliance to respond to CFPB, state, and local audit requests.
• Develop and monitor metrics for Default Services operations and vendor performance.
• Guide strategic initiatives and process improvements across operational areas.
• Ensure adherence to corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Attend hearings as needed and coordinate travel when required.
