Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Specialist I in Process, Standards & Training to develop and maintain training materials across ADUSA brands. The role coordinates onboarding, tracks progress, and supports cross-brand training initiatives to ensure consistent SOPs and content alignment.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-person and remote days, and requires 0–30% travel. Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years in training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years' experience in training and development programs, and/or designing solutions to enable learning.
• Project management experience, adept at tight deadlines and multiple concurrent projects.
• Motivated, dependable and self-directed with experience creating and recommending solutions.
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills with ability to gather and synthesize information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training handbooks, tool kits, resource guides and SOPs for all areas of commercial.
• Create and maintain SOPs or training programs and guides with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment and adherence to control guidelines for all training programs developed.
• Translate complex concepts into easily understandable language and drive simplicity for merchandising level associates.
• Support the development and execution of all training events, including Days of Development, with logistical support.
• Support competency-based assessments, updating content and documentation within the Associate Development Hub.
• Ensure SOPs and training content stay synchronized with process updates across PS&T and partners.
• Additional duties as needed to meet business needs and uphold values.
