Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Specialist I Process, Standards & Training to develop and maintain training handbooks, SOPs, and onboarding materials for our commercial teams.
The role coordinates cross-brand training efforts, tracks completion, and supports change management while ensuring content stays aligned with PS&T updates and key partners.
This role offers a hybrid schedule with in-person and remote days, travel up to 30%, and opportunities to advance in learning and content management.

The Specialist I Process, Standards & Training supports the development and communication of commercial technical and functional training programs. They assist with tracking training completion and preparing training updates for commercial leadership. The role helps coordinate onboarding for associates new to role by gathering onboarding needs, checking in on training progress, and assisting with training plan execution.
The Specialist I works with partners across the commercial organization on company initiatives by helping maintain training materials and supporting communication and program updates.
This role builds foundational expertise in change management, training, and content management. The Specialist I supports cross-brand training efforts by helping maintain content, assisting with cross-functional training projects, and supporting alignment of SOPs, training materials, and process updates across ADUSA brands.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $63,440-$95,160
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $72,880 - $109,320
