Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Time and Labor Specialist in Salt Lake City, UT to manage teammate time data and payroll-related processes. The role focuses on accurate time tracking, vacation eligibility, and holiday pay, with responsibilities spanning LMS data handling and daily punch verification.

Tracks timeclock transactions in the warehouse, office or maintenance/mechanic areas. Researches missing punches, excessive overtime, and vacation or holiday eligibility. Works with supervisors to correct time before submitting time for processing. Collects data from LMS (Labor Management System).

• Pay rate: $22.00 to 24.00 per hour.

What you'll do as a Time and Labor Specialist:

Qualifications you'll bring as a Time and Labor Specialist:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mathematical skills are required.
• Detail oriented nature , accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• 2 or more years' experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll or accounts receivable.
• Time and Labor experience is required.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
