McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to oversee warehouse productivity and efficiencies as a direct floor leader in our Salt Lake City facility. You’ll supervise shift activities, coordinate labor, and ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced distribution environment. Competitive benefits and a clear path for advancement are included.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to read, write and understand English at a functional level for safety and operations.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.

The Team Leader promotes and maintains warehouse productivity and efficiencies by working as a direct floor leader.

• Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour.
• Mon-Fri 3pm-1130pm
