Role Overview

The Specialist, Sales Analyst, plays a vital role in providing business insights through sales reporting and data analysis. This includes managing relationships with SKYPAD, our BI partner, and overseeing sales reporting across North America, supporting various stakeholders with performance data, forecasts, and reporting solutions.

Core Responsibilities

Sales & Performance Reporting

• Weekly sales reports by style, store, and channel sourced from SKYPAD
• Daily sales metrics including UPT, AOV, traffic, and conversion
• Monthly sales reports for standalone stores
• Launch trackers and global sell-out templates
• Monthly KPI reporting

Data Management & SKU Maintenance

• Maintain the Master SKU file with SKYPAD
• Update SKU classifications and store hierarchies
• Load data from accounts without direct app integration

SKYPAD Platform Management

• Coordinate bi-weekly calls with SKYPAD
• Address reporting issues and manage platform enhancements
• Train and support users on SKYPAD platform

Ad-Hoc Analysis & Projects

• Support special projects with data analysis

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
• 2-3 years experience in a data-focused role, preferably retail/beauty
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate - Advanced)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively
