Our main focus is on the sales and trading of Japanese, Asian, and U.S. equities, fixed income instruments, financial futures, and investment banking for institutional customers. Position Summary

Provides key support to the Fixed Income Sales and Trading team, with a primary focus on onboarding and maintaining new institutional client accounts. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and eager to grow into a broader client service or operations role over time.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the new client account onboarding process from start to finish.
  • Collect and review all required documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Submit paperwork to internal departments for account creation and approval.
  • Partner with sales, trading, compliance, legal and operations teams to coordinate onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records and update client information in internal system.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding items and resolve onboarding issues.
  • Assist with preparing reports and summaries to client accounts.
  • Assist with preparing reports and summaries related to client accounts.
  • Support additional projects or tasks related to client maintenance and trade documentation as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bloomberg experience a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a dynamic financial services environment
