This position serves as the primary liaison with SKYPAD, our third-party business intelligence partner, and manages comprehensive sales reporting processes across North America. This includes weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc deliverables tailored to cross-functional stakeholders. The Specialist also oversees the integrity and structure of the master SKU list and supports key business functions with performance data, forecasts, and reporting solutions.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESSales & Performance Reporting- Weekly selling at style, store, and account channel levels; reports are automatically generated with user-defined attributes from data sourced from SKYPAD
- Daily selling from stand-alone stores and brand.com along with key KPIs such as UPT, AOV, traffic, and conversion
- Monthly stand-alone store selling by staff
- Weekly launch trackers – typically two per year
- Monthly sell-out templates for global use
- Monthly KPI reporting
Data Management & SKU Maintenance- Maintenance and ownership of the Master SKU file in conjunction with SKYPAD partners
- Seasonal sell-out plan submissions by store and month
- Classification updates for SKUs – scent, item type, gender, size, etc.
- Store/field hierarchy maintenance
- Load data from select accounts that do not provide data through the app
SKYPAD Platform Management & Collaboration- Bi-weekly calls with SKYPAD
- Surface reporting issues or errors in the app that require correction
- Manage new reporting enhancements and initiatives with SKYPAD, ensuring deliverables are received on time
- Act as a subject matter expert on SKYPAD – assist Field Sales members and periodically host training sessions on the platform
Ad-Hoc Analysis & Special Projects- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and support special projects as required
CORE REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a data-focused role, ideally within retail, beauty, or consumer goods.
- Intermediate - Advance Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- An effective communicator capable of presenting complex information to various audiences.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Comfortable working with a small team and willing to take on new challenges/opportunities as they arise
