Responsibilities
Intranet Solution Engineer
Role Purpose
The Solution Engineer provides technical support for solution design and deployment for changes in the intranet environment. Additionally, the Solution Engineer supports the Manager as an SME for guidance on operational issues. The Engineer implements, manages and continuously improves platform technology and integrations with adjacent technologies. The engineer seeks to automate or eliminate repeatable tasks and reduce administrative overhead for themselves and workplace operations, including configuration variations, performance issues and security vulnerabilities.
