Job Description:

We are searching for a Technology Solutions Lead (MES) based in Raritan, NJ. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

The Lead Technology Solutions Engineer – MES will manage application and platform Build (Development) services for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Responsibilities include aligning processes across Shared Services teams, monitoring application performance, leading development projects, resolving issues, and managing releases. The role involves leading contracted resources and collaborating across Supply Chain technology teams to craft innovative solutions.

The Solution Lead will be responsible for:

• Supporting end-to-end delivery of manufacturing application and platform development for PAS-X MES system.
• Architecting, deploying, and maintaining PAS-X MES on Azure Kubernetes (AKS).
• Identifying and executing optimization opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service levels.
• Leading global teams of internal and external professionals.
• Ensuring execution excellence and compliance with IT standards (WICO, HIPAA, GXP, 21 CFR Part 11, SOX, SDLC, CSV).
• Supporting development and support services for MES systems across regions.
• Implementing system improvements and acting as a subject matter expert on architecture and platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting PAS-X Manufacturing System.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience leading support teams in a matrixed environment.
• 3+ years deploying applications in Azure Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Docker, Helm, YAML, DevOps, Git, Jira.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL preferred).
• Experience in application development, GxP systems, and validation preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $172,500
