Job Description:

We are seeking a Technology Solutions Lead (MES) based in Raritan, NJ. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and with approval.

The Lead Technology Solutions Engineer – MES will manage application and platform Build services for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Responsibilities include aligning processes across Shared Services teams, monitoring application and platform performance, managing projects and enhancements, and leading resolution and release activities. The role involves managing contracted resources and collaborating across business units to deliver innovative solutions.

The Solution Lead will be responsible for:

• Supporting the delivery of manufacturing application and platform development and support services for PAS-X MES.
• Architecting, deploying, and maintaining PAS-X MES on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Identifying and executing optimization opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service levels.
• Leading global, enterprise teams of internal and external professionals.
• Ensuring compliance with IT regulations (WICO, HIPAA, GXP, 21 CFR Part 11, SOX, SDLC, CSV).
• Supporting and delivering services for MES systems across global and regional sites.
• Implementing system improvements and acting as a subject matter expert on architecture and platform services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years supporting PAS-X Manufacturing System.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading support teams in a matrixed environment.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes deployment.
• Proficiency with Docker, Helm, YAML, DevOps, Git, Jira.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks, preferably ITIL.
• Experience in application development, GxP systems, and FDA-regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation:

The anticipated base pay range is $100,000 - $172,500. Additional benefits include performance bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. Specific benefits vary by location and employment status.
