KBR is seeking a Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) at Ft. Bragg to coordinate and evaluate resiliency programs for the unit and families. You will organize peer support networks, recruit and train counselors, and ensure data collection for program assessments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent social service experience, U.S. citizenship, and possibly DoD clearance. Relocation is offered as part of the package.

Competenze

• This position requires US Citizenship.
• Must have a Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, human/social services or related field, or four years’ related experience.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and evaluate programs for unit resiliency and family support.
• Develop and oversee peer support networks for assigned commands.
• Recruit, vet and train peer support counselors per USSOCOM CPPNC standards.
• Collect and report data for program evaluations and reports.
• Identify and document program needs across multiple locations.
• Liaise with DoD resources (Military OneSource, MFLC, PFC, Crisis Line).
• Lead or assist in development of procedures and protocols.
