Zusammenfassung

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) at JFKSWCS, Ft. Bragg, NC. The role focuses on coordinating peer support networks, recruiting and training peer counselors, and reporting outcomes for resiliency programs supporting service members and families.

The CRC will work across commands, develop needs-based programs, and maintain knowledge of DoD resources such as Military OneSource and MFLC. US citizenship and clearances are required, with relocation offered.

Qualifikationen

• US Citizenship required.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, human/social services or related field or four years’ experience in social service education/coordination.
• Minimum two years’ experience coordinating social service education programs.
• Willing to receive specialized training on peer support counseling and community resources.
• Must stay current on best practices and DoD resources in peer support and suicide prevention.

Aufgaben

• Establish, maintain, and report activity of peer counseling networks for service members and families.
• Report activity using the designated reporting tool and frequency.
• Conduct and/or contribute to Family Orientation, Outreach and Referrals.
• Contribute to Pre- and Post-deployment Preparation, Reintegration and Decompression.
• Contribute to Family Relational Enhancement activities and unit career transition programs.
• Assist with Social/Family and Psychological Program implementation including suicide prevention.
