Job summary

Endurion seeks a Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) to plan, integrate, and oversee family and community support programs across the SOF enterprise at Fort Bragg. You will identify service gaps, build partnerships with internal and external agencies, and strengthen resilience for the unit and its families.

The role requires collaboration with command and staff, data collection and reporting, and adherence to USSOCOM CRC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, human/social services or related field, OR 4 years' experience in social service education or work/family life consultation or coordination.
• Specialized training in peer support counseling, community resources and referrals, and suicide prevention.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee peer support networks for assigned commands.
• Recruit active-duty and family-member peer support counselors; ensure they are vetted and trained to USSOCOM CRC standards.
• Collect and report data to evaluate peer support and community-based programs.
• Identify and document program/service needs; develop needs-based programming for specific demographic groups and locations.
• Conduct or support family orientation, outreach and referrals, pre-/post-deployment preparation and reintegration, and family and single-member enhancement activities.
• Support unit career transition programs, suicide prevention and cognitive agility training.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of DoW resources (Military OneSource, MFLC, personal financial counselors, Military Crisis Line).
• Support command liaison and communications functions under government direction.
