Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) for the 3rd OSG at Ft. Bragg, NC. The CRC will organize peer support networks, recruit vetted counselors, and coordinate services to strengthen the resilience of service members and families.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Secret Clearance or Top Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain a clearance.
• Minimum two years’ experience coordinating social service education programs.
• Willingness to receive specialized training on peer support counseling and suicide prevention.
• Knowledge of DoD, services and community resources for service members and families.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and report activity of peer counseling networks.
• Report activity using the designated reporting tool.
• Conduct Family Orientation, Outreach and Referrals.
• Support deployment preparation, reintegration, and decompression.
• Assist with development of procedures and service protocols.
• Serve as liaison for community and family support matters.
• Communicate with the Command via media and social channels.
