Job summary

KBR seeks a Special Operations Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) at Ft. Bragg to develop and evaluate resiliency programs for service members and families. The role includes organizing peer support networks, recruiting trained counselors, and ensuring programs meet USSOCOM CPPNC standards.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or comparable social services experience and be prepared for required DoD resource training. Relocation is offered for this position.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
• Bachelor's degree or four years’ experience in social services or related field.
• Experience coordinating social service education programs (minimum 2 years).
• Willing to receive specialized training on peer support counseling and resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, and evaluate programs and services to support resiliency for units and families.
• Organize and oversee peer support networks; recruit and vet peer counselors.
• Collect and report data for program evaluation and reporting requirements.
• Identify program/service needs across multiple locations and demographic groups.
• Maintain knowledge of DoD resources (e.g., Military OneSource, MFLC, PFC, Crisis Line).
• Liaise with Commander and communicate through various media; participate in training and SOP development.
