Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) at Fort Bragg, NC to coordinate, develop and evaluate programs that support resiliency of service members and families. The CRC will build peer support networks, recruit and vet peer counselors, and ensure compliance with USSOCOM CRC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years’ experience in social services education/coordination.
• Specialized training on peer support counseling, community resources and referrals, and suicide prevention.
• Must stay current on DoD and community resources for service members and families.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and report activity of peer counseling networks for service members and families.
• Report activity using the specified reporting tool and frequency.
• Conduct Family Orientation, Information, Outreach and Referrals; Pre-/Post-deployment Preparation and Reintegration.
