KBR is seeking a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Fort Bragg, NC to integrate physical, mental and psychosocial wellness for service members and their families. The role requires DoD/VA experience, an MSW, and an active clinical license, with potential relocation benefits.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• MSW from CSWE-accredited program.
• Current unrestricted clinical social work license in the US.
• Minimum of two years in independent practice of clinical social work in mental health.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Experience in government settings (DoD/VA MTF).
• Maintain Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality improvement and staff meetings.
• Conduct research and clinical investigations in behavioral health/social work.
• Collaborate with medical personnel, military commanders, and school districts as required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and reports of treatment.
• Participate in military-specific training and supervision of trainees.
• Provide case management and coordinate treatment plans.
