Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join the Fort Bragg unit. The role focuses on integrating physical, mental, and psychological wellness for service members and families, with responsibilities spanning assessment, therapy, and coordination within military health settings.

Applicants must hold an MSW (or equivalent), maintain licensure, and be eligible for DoD/VA credentialing. Relocation assistance is offered, and a Secret or higher clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• MSW or equivalent degree from CSWE-accredited program.
• Current unrestricted clinical license to practice social work in the U.S.
• Minimum 2 years in independent clinical social work in a mental health setting.
• Experience with brief behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality improvement and staff conferences.
• Conduct clinical investigations in behavioral health and social work.
• Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, and military commanders as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and generate treatment reports.
• Provide supervision to unlicensed clinicians or trainees as required.
• Perform case management and coordinate care with psychiatry and behavioral health teams.
