Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Fort Bragg, NC to provide integrated care for service members and families, delivering individual, family and group therapies within an operational unit.

Required: MSW from a CSWE‑accredited program, current unrestricted clinical license in the U.S., U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain Secret or Top Secret clearance, and experience in government healthcare settings. Relocation offered.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Secret or Top Secret clearance, or ability to obtain a clearance.
• MSW (MSSW, MSSA) from CSWE-accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted clinical social work license in the U.S.
• Two years within the past five years in independent clinical social work in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality improvement and staff meetings.
• Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in clinical/behavioral health social work.
• Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, military commanders and school districts.
• Maintain accurate medical records and produce evaluation/treatment reports.
• Participate in military-specific training.
• May supervise unlicensed providers or trainees.
