Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Fort Bragg, NC to support the POTFF contract and optimize readiness and performance of SOF personnel and families. The role emphasizes holistic wellness and integrated human performance programs for service members and their families.

The position requires MSW, a current clinical license, U.S. citizenship or permanent residence, and Secret clearance; two years of clinical social work experience in mental health are preferred.

Qualifications

• MSW or equivalent from CSWE-accredited program.
• Unrestricted clinical license to practice social work in at least one US state.
• Two years of peer-reviewed clinical social work experience in mental health.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status; Secret clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality improvement and staff meetings; conduct clinical research.
• Consult with medical personnel, authorities, commanders; maintain medical records.
• Provide DoD training; supervise trainees; perform case management functions.
