Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker stationed at Fort Bragg, NC. The role focuses on integrating physical, mental and psychological wellness of service members and their families within an operational unit.

The ideal candidate holds an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program, a current unrestricted license, and is eligible for DoD security clearances. Relocation is offered to support assignment and career growth within the mission-focused team.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance, or ability to obtain one.
• MSW or equivalent degree from CSWE-accredited program.
• Current unrestricted clinical license to practice in any US state.
• Two years of peer-reviewed clinical social work in mental health.
• Knowledge of professional standards and ethics.
• Experience in brief behavioral interventions.
• Potential requirement for clinical privileges.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality improvement and staff meetings.
• Conduct clinical investigations in behavioral health and social work.
• Consult with medical personnel, authorities, and military leadership as required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and outcome reports.
• Participate in military-specific training and supervision of trainees.
• Perform case management and coordinate treatment with DoD providers.
