Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join the team stationed on-site at Fort Bragg, NC. The role focuses on integrating physical, mental, and psychological wellness for service members and families, with duties including behavioral health assessments and evidence-based therapies.

Required are U.S. citizenship, a CSWE-accredited MSW, an active clinical license, and DoD clearance eligibility, plus 2+ years of mental health experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance eligibility.
• MSW or equivalent from CSWE-accredited program.
• Current unrestricted clinical license in any U.S. state.
• At least 2 years of clinical social work experience in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality improvement and staff meetings.
• Conduct clinical research and investigations in behavioral health.
• Consult with medical personnel, military commanders and schools as required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
• Provide supervision to unlicensed providers or trainees.
• Complete required DoD training and conduct case management.
