Job summary

Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required.
• High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma or equivalent.
• No professional work experience required.
• Title I assignments require two years of college or an associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Crisis Prevention Intervention training provided by the District.
• Medication administration training provided by the District.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with classroom activities, adapting curriculum to individual student needs.
• Maintain records of student progress and behavior with licensed staff.
• Assist with preparing materials, administering tests, attendance, and paperwork.
• Support online/remote activities and technology issues; assist with DHH program language development.
