Job summary

Cherry Creek Schools seeks a Severe Needs Para Educator to support students with significant needs under licensed special education staff. You will assist with curriculum, skill development, behavior strategies, and assignment completion, while preparing instructional materials and maintaining progress records.

In both in-person and remote settings, you will help ensure a safe, hygienic environment and may support technology access, executive functioning, and coursework completion.

Qualifications

• Criminal background check required.
• HSE diploma or higher is required.
• No professional experience required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with classroom activities and small-group instruction.
• Maintain records of student progress and behavior with licensed staff.
• Prepare instructional materials and support curriculum delivery.
• Assist with IEP implementation and behavioral supports as needed.
