Job summary

Alloy Surfaces Company (ASC) is seeking a Special Material Loading Technician I to operate the Autoloader and related equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will follow SOPs, load and stage materials, perform BOL and FIFO tasks, and ensure correct material type and container labeling.

The role requires at least one year of manufacturing experience (preferably aerospace/defense), the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and readiness to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of manufacturing experience, preferably aerospace/defense.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate Autoloader and related equipment per SOP.
• Move material in/out of glove box to minimize exposure.
• Perform FIFO loading of SM.
• Stage hardware kits on carts and load coils on payoff tree per SOP.
• Weigh and secure element bundles as required.
• Prepare samples for process integrity technician IR inspection as required.
• Ensure correct SM type and legible jug numbers on storage containers.
