Job summary

Alloy Surfaces Company (ASC) is seeking a Senior Special Material (SM) Loading Technician to lead the Autoloader team and coordinate assembly operations on ISTECH to produce parts in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role combines hands-on loading with leadership responsibilities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

The incumbent will train Level I/II technicians, enforce SOPs, troubleshoot equipment challenges, and drive continuous improvement in assembly processes while meeting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum of five years manufacturing experience with defense/countermeasure assembly preferred.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Autoloader team loading operations to meet production goals.
• Coordinate assembly on ISTECH autoloader and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Provide guidance, training and supervision to Level I and II technicians.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and products meet specifications.
• Identify and resolve defects and contribute to process improvements.
