Alloy Surfaces Company (ASC) in the United States seeks a Special Material Loading Technician I to perform assembly operations on the Autoloader and related equipment in a fast-paced, low-volume manufacturing environment. The role requires reading SOPs, handling materials via glove box, and maintaining FIFO, with emphasis on safety, quality, and process integrity.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year of manufacturing experience, and must be eligible for U.S.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalence.
• 1 year manufacturing experience (aerospace/defense preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and schematics for complex builds.
• Eligible to obtain U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Operate Autoloader and related equipment per SOP.
• Move materials using glove box processes to limit exposure.
• Maintain FIFO loading of SM and other components.
• Operate BOL/Autoloader pay-off tasks per SOP and ensure accuracy.
• Stage hardware kits and mount coils on payoff trees per SOP.
• Prepare samples for process integrity inspections and weigh bundles as required.
• Transfer assembled bundles to payload tray and loading processes.
• Ensure proper material handling and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.
