Job summary

Alloy Surfaces Company (ASC) in a manufacturing setting seeks a Senior Special Material Loading Technician to lead the Autoloader team, coordinate assembly operations, and ensure products are built to exact specifications and safety standards. This role combines hands-on assembly with supervisory responsibilities in a low-volume environment.

The candidate will guide Level I/II technicians, maintain SOP compliance, troubleshoot equipment, and drive continuous improvements while meeting production

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assembly operations on ISTECH autoloader to produce parts in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide guidance, training and supervision to Level I/II technicians.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and products meet quality standards.
• Identify and resolve defects during assembly; collaborate on repairs/rework.
• Improve processes and assist in developing manufacturing work instructions.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in Autoloader area.
