Job summary

Tameron Honda Eastern Shore in Daphne, AL is hiring for Full-Time Special Finance BDC Appointment Setters to be the first point of contact for customers seeking special auto financing options. You will schedule qualified appointments with our finance department and deliver exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have phone sales or customer service experience and are energized by helping people. Training is provided, with pay during training and a plan to earn an average of $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and sales skills.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn CRM software.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and follow up consistently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous customer service, sales, telemarketing, or phone sales experience is preferred.
• Positive, cheerful, and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have requested assistance to schedule appointments with the finance department — no cold calling!
• Follow up with leads who aren’t ready to schedule and customers who missed their appointments.
• Use CRM software to log calls, track customer interactions, and manage lead information.
• Confirm appointments to help minimize no-shows and keep the process running smoothly.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns before they arrive at the dealership.
• Provide exceptional customer service through professional, courteous, and helpful interactions.
• Build positive relationships with customers while helping them take the next step toward finding financing options.
