Responsibilities

• Responsible for continuous lead generation and the sales process for all events to maximize revenue.
• Plan, organize, schedule, market, implement, and coordinate events at the ballpark.
• Coordinate with Entertainment, Operations, Marketing, Ticketing, and Facilities on staffing and services.
• Prepare customizable proposals and presentations within deadlines.
• Maintain budgets and prepare sales and financial reports.
• Supervise and coordinate staff for all events (part-time and volunteers).
• Identify new special event and outreach opportunities.
