Job summary

The Fayetteville Woodpeckers seek an energetic event professional to drive development and management of marketing, sales and execution for Segra Stadium events. You will oversee planning, staffing, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis to ensure exceptional guest experiences across sports, weddings and private rentals.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in event operations or sales, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and adeptness with MS Office and Tripleseat, with flexibility to work

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in events, venues, sales or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or sport management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and event management tools.
• Willingness to work holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site contact for non-MiLB events at Segra Stadium.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, including post-event settlement.
• Lead internal/externals meetings, staffing, and vendor coordination.
• Proactively solicit new business and grow revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote events and drive fan engagement.
