Responsibilities

• Supervise cashiers, cooks, bartenders, stand leads, and other concession staff.
• Confirm staff assignments, attendance, uniforms, and readiness for service.
• Communicate event details, promotions, and menu updates during pre-shift meetings.
• Monitor locations and adjust staffing based on business needs.
• Ensure stands are clean, stocked, organized, and ready to open.
• Support employees during high-volume service periods.
• Monitor food quality, portioning, and service speed.
• Respond to guest questions, complaints, and service concerns.
• Enforce cash handling and POS procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service requirements.
• Monitor inventory, waste, and restocking needs.
• Report employee concerns, safety hazards, and equipment issues.
• Oversee closing procedures and complete required checklists and reports.

Position Summary

The Concessions Supervisor is a hands‑on leader responsible for ensuring concession stands are properly staffed, stocked, opened, operated, and closed. This role works closely with management, culinary, and warehouse teams to address operational needs and maintain a positive guest and employee experience.

This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00‑$24.00.
