Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service for staff and customers.
• Develop a term-specific program/timeline for Special Event activities.
• Create evaluation tools and evaluate events.
• Coordinate staff duties for Special Event activities.
• Promote events through promotional materials and social media.
• Collaborate with campus clubs and departments for event opportunities.
• Be available to work scheduled events and maintain timely presence.
