Qualifications

• Must be available to attend mandatory department-wide and position-specific trainings.
• Strong copy and editing skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• California Food Handlers Card (Within 30 days of hire, training provided by ASI)

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, execute, and assess traditional, performance, and school spirit events and programs.
• Coordinate with artists, vendors, performers, and agencies to obtain cost estimates and discuss logistics.
• Work with Campus Catering and external food providers to arrange catering for events.
• Maintain positive professional relationships within the organization and with external partners.
• Schedule meetings and events; manage campus reservations and related documentation.
