Job summary

The Iberian Pig, part of Castellucci Hospitality Group, is seeking a bartender to join our Charlotte location. You will craft and serve beverages, engage guests with knowledge of our tapas and wine program, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy dining bar.

We value professional hospitality and a strong guest-first approach, with a team that supports one another in delivering a superb dining experience at the bar and across the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming bar environment during service.
• Be knowledgeable about the entire menu and wine list to assist guests.

The Iberian Pig is a modern Spanish tapas restaurant with locations in Decatur, Atlanta, Nashville and Charlotte. The menu is built around creative, shareable Spanish-inspired tapas and an extensive wine list of Spanish wines and craft cocktails served in a high energy, fast paced environment. Our service team is expected to embody a high standard of professionalism and hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests, while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming bar environment. Many of our guests have a full dining experience at the bar and you’ll need to be knowledgeable with our entire menu, both food and beverage. If this aligns with your values.
