What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and execute events for Globe Life University and affiliate events
- Manage overall program budget, including tracking and reporting expenses
- Utilize Cvent software to manage event logistics from contract turnover to final billing
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and itineraries for events
- Collaborate with other departments and manage internal and external action items on assigned projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in event coordination
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
