Date Posted: May 19, 2025

Location: Remote (occasional travel may be required)

Commitment: 20–30 hours per week

Contract Duration: June 2nd - July 21st, 2025

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Event Coordinator to support a high-profile corporate training and recognition program running through late July. This contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and can manage competing priorities confidently.

Working closely with our internal team, you will coordinate multiple event components—from scheduling and vendor management to tracking timelines and ensuring all deliverables are met. This is a flexible, remote, part-time role suited for highly organized and self-motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate logistics for corporate events and training activities, including scheduling, managing timelines, and tracking key deliverables.
  2. Communicate with vendors, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure event readiness.
  3. Monitor task lists and documentation to meet deadlines and align with event goals.
  4. Assist with event communication, including participant emails, reminders, and pre-event coordination.
  5. Support data compilation, checklist management, and updating project tracking systems (e.g., Asana, Excel).
  6. Troubleshoot challenges in real-time, demonstrating problem-solving skills with professionalism.
  7. Optional: Support in-person event components if availability and location permit (minimal travel).

Who You Are:

You are a detail-oriented, deadline-driven coordinator who enjoys ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. Independent, communicative, and logistics-savvy individuals will excel in this role.

What You Bring:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in event coordination, logistics, or program support (corporate experience preferred).
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  3. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana (preferred).
  4. Excellent communication and time management skills.
  5. Ability to work autonomously and uphold high standards remotely.
  6. Calm under pressure and adaptable to last-minute changes.
  7. Reliable internet and a quiet workspace (fully remote).
  8. Compensation: $35–$45/hour based on experience.
  9. Potential for future projects or ongoing collaboration based on performance.

To Apply:

Submit your resume and a brief note highlighting relevant experience. Qualified candidates will undergo a two-step interview process, including a scenario-based assessment.
