Job summary

Toussaint Productions is seeking a Special Event Assistant to help weddings and events run smoothly. You’ll assist with setup and breakdown of DJ equipment and effects, support operations, help guests with photo booth use, and work closely with the DJ to keep timelines on track.

This part-time, contract role is mainly evenings and weekends with travel across Northern Virginia. Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, punctual, with strong communication and a proactive mindset; must be able to

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of DJ equipment and special effects.
• Support event operations, including audio, lighting, and effects (fog machines, indoor sparklers, etc).
• Help guests with photo booth use and overall event experience.
• Work closely with the DJ to keep events on schedule.
• Maintain, organize, and troubleshoot equipment.
