  • Provide support during events, including greeting attendees, managing event activities, and ensuring smooth operation.
  • Participate in post-event cleanup, including dismantling setups, cleaning event spaces, and storing equipment properly.
  • Assist with inventory management, organizing supplies, and maintaining event equipment.
  • Support overall event planning and preparation tasks as needed.

Job description

Our Events team is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their team as Part-Time Assistants! You'll be assisting with the setup, execution, and cleanup of town events, including the days leading up to and following events. The hours? We're flexible! They will primarily involve weekends and evenings, with no fixed weekly hours, and will vary based on event schedules and planning.
