Castaway is seeking a dedicated Special Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute private events, ensuring flawless experiences for every guest. You will act as the liaison between clients, the culinary team, and operations, overseeing details from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication, with proficiency in Delphi. A passion for hospitality and solid event logistics knowledge are essential.

Job Summary

Acting as the liaison between clients, the culinary team, and operations, the Catering Coordinator oversees every detail-from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency in Delphi. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, a strong understanding of event logistics, and the ability to balance client relationships with operational execution.
